Winners:
1. Organiser
This competition (the “Competition”) is organized by BeeInventive Pty Ltd, of PO Box 303, Bangalow, NSW 2479, Australia, ABN 161 952 941 (the “Organiser”).
The photographs must be taken at the nominated event in Denmark.
The Competition is administered in Australia.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons who are legal residents of theEuropean Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) member states, the United Kingdom, Japan, the United States of America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, who are18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if lower or higher).
Participants have, in person, visited the Flow Hive event stand at the Apimondia Congress in Copenhagen, September 2025.
Participants must have a verifiable and legitimate shipping address that is within the Organisers reasonable capacity to ship to and within the Organisers shipping zones (refer www.honeyflow.com); and
Employees, representatives, and family members of the Organiser or its affiliates are not eligible to participate; and
Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law; and
By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Nature of the Competition
This is a Competition of skill, not chance. Winners are determined based on the skill, creativity, or knowledge demonstrated in accordance with the criteria set out in Section 5.
No product purchase is necessary to participate. Participation is free of charge.
Entries must be the participants original work and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Enter
Participants must
take photo of themselves, with or without other people, on the Apimondia 2025 FLOW HIVE stand; and
Submit the photograph entry via the QR code available at the Flow Hive stand or
email the photos toinfo@honeyflow.com
A maximum of 5 entries per person are allowed over the period of the competition.
Entries close midnight30th September, 2025, Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
Incomplete entries will not be considered.
Entries without a current, valid and monitored email address will not be considered.
Participants are wholly responsible for access to the internet and their own email.
5. Selection of Winners
2 Winners will be selected.
Entries will be judged by the Organiser based on the following specific criteria:
Originality, composition, creativity, emotion, humor, quality of image and overall image uniqueness
The decision of the Organiser is final and not subject to appeal.
The winner will be selected at 10am, 2nd October, 2025 AEST, at 368 Old Byron Bay Road, Newrybar, 2479, NSW, Australia.
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days after the competition ends.
Winners must respond to this email within the following 7 days to confirm their details and shipping address or the entry will be deemed invalid and a new Winner selected.
Where a winner does not have a verifiable and eligible address to ship the prize to that is within the Organisers standard shipping regions, the entry will be deemed invalid and a new Winner selected.
Winners will be listed on thehoneyflow.com website15th October, 2025.
6. Prizes
Each of the 2 Winners will receive an identical prize.

7. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with this Competition will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish data privacy protection laws.
The Organiser will use participants’ personal data to administer the Competition and deliver prizes plus and other activities as agreed to by the participant.

8. Intellectual Property
By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the entry for purposes related to the Competition, including marketing and publicity in perpetuity.
Participants warrant that their entry is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
9. Liability
The Organiser accepts no liability for lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or for technical errors beyond its control.
Participation is at the entrant’s own risk.
The prize must be used strictly within the guidelines of the Owners Manual.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Cancellation and Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure, technical failures, event cancellations or unforeseen restrictions - legal or otherwise.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by both Danish and Australian law.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.
