Flow Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining our refer a friend program – we’re so excited to have as many new people as possible taking up beekeeping and doing their part to support these important pollinators.

Below you’ll find a list of all the ins and outs of how the program works, to ensure both you and your friend will enjoy the benefits of this exclusive offer.

In these terms “we” and “our” refers to Beeinventive Pty Ltd, licensee of the Flow brand, and Flow technology including Flow Hives and Flow Frames, being a company incorporated and registered in New South Wales ACN 161 952 941 whose registered office is at 120 Jonson St, Byron Bay NSW 2481 Australia. “You/you” and “Your/your” refers to any visitor to the Website, any user of the Website, or any purchaser of products from the shop. 

As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to our Use of Website Policy and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for our Refer-a-Friend program:

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made:

1. by a customer referred by you (“Referred Customer”);
2. that uses your unique Refer-a-Friend program link to visit honeyflow.com, honeyflow.com.au, uk.honeyflow.com, ca.honeyflow.com, or eu.honeyflow.com; and 
3. completes their first order of one or more Flow Hives, Flow Supers or Flow Frames with a combined total value greater than $150 (minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other third party fees).

You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional / multiple orders made by a Referred Customer will not qualify as additional Qualified Referrals.

Referred Customer. You cannot refer yourself as a Referred Customer (for example, by using a different email address).

Referral Rewards. You will be entitled to receive a Referral Reward (in the form of a discount code, valid for use on the same website from which the referral was generated: honeyflow.com, honeyflow.com.au, uk.honeyflow.com, ca.honeyflow.com, or eu.honeyflow.com) for every Qualified Referral.

NB: Our websites are currently configured to serve customers based in five separate regions: Australia, Europe, Canada, United Kingdom, rest of world. If you wish to refer a friend for purchase from a website outside the region in which you reside, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.

Reward Payments. Referral Rewards are awarded in the form of $50 store vouchers, which are not redeemable for cash. You may earn a maximum of  50 Qualified Referrals per calendar year.

Please note that Referral Rewards:

• cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, including product bundles. If you have made multiple referrals and wish to apply accumulated reward coupons to a single order, please contact us and we will arrange this for you. 
• are not applicable for use with purchases of brood boxes or spares.

Referral Reward Expiry. Referral Reward discount codes are valid for use on the Website up to 12 months from date of issue.

Eligibility. Our Refer-a-Friend Program is intended for private use by individual Refer-a-Friend members. Our Refer-a-Friend Program must not be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation.  We may decline to award Referral Rewards that have been generated by businesses for affiliate lead generation,  at our sole discretion.

No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from our Refer-a-Friend program.

Right to Close Accounts. We reserve the right to close your account(s) (or  the account(s) of any Referred Customer(s)) and to request full payment if you and/or Referred Customer use our Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breach these Terms & Conditions.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. We reserve the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.

Eligibility Restriction. Employees / Contractors of Beeinventive Pty Ltd (and members of their immediate family) are not eligible to participate in the Refer-a-Friend program.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.   You may not use the Refer-a-Friend program to refer persons residing at your address.
