How much maintenance is required?
What the Flow Hive does is make honey harvesting easy. This is usually one of the most difficult processes involved in keeping bees, but the other parts such as colony care and hive maintenance are important too.
Part of keeping a beehive is inspecting the hive for pests and diseases, especially in the brood box where the queen and worker bees live.
The frequency of inspections will depend on your location. Ask your local beekeeping club or mentor for advice on what works best in your area.
